There is an Atlas Passive notable node:
"50% chance to spawn a Searing Exarch Altar when the Influence of The Searing Exarch first appears in your Maps" (The Light of Dawn) What does it mean? First appears.. per character? First appears.. per league? First appears.. per map_tier? What is its relevance? (The altars are so scarce (or, nonexistent, for a while?), so that getting an altar is great benefit?) (Altars are so common, you will encounter hundredths of altars. What is the difference? 1000 altars versus 1001 altars?..) First appears per map. The moment when the first group of exarch influenced monsters appears on the map (also indicated by a red flash on the entire screen).
