Einhar never spawns an Arctic Wolf yellow beast in The Foothills Act 9

So I was trying to fully complete my bestiary, but I'm pretty sure this is a bug. I did hundreds upon hundreds of instances of this zone, probably went through over 50 Einhar missions now and every single time without fail he ONLY spawns the other 3 beasts as yellow beasts in this zone - the Rotting Vultures,Hill Devils and Avalanche Riders but never an Arctic Wolf.

Arctic Wolf is clearly a part of the monster packs in this zone, Einhar just never spawns it as a yellow beast for some reason. I'm 99% sure this is bugged.

Please fix this bug, doesn't seem like this beast can even be found in maps.

I can confirm that this is really weird and not working as it suppose to be. Yesterday I was trying to get the beast for around 5 hours and today additional 2 only for Einhar to spawn but no yellow beast Arctic Wolf. For completionists, this is really frustrating.
