Delve, can't find fractured wall

I don't know if it's just a skill issue but I can't find the fractured wall. As far as I know, a hidden delve node can't be outside of the same colored area, indicated by the black border, and there can't be more than 3 paths connecting a single node.

There's certainly no rule about "has to be in the same coloured area".

There are also areas with 4 paths, though my delve chart is pretty untouched so I don't have places I can look to verify that a node that already has 3 paths can also have a hidden path.

Actually, looking a bit more, I found this one along the mineshaft. The overlay map on the right shows where the fractured wall is.



This hidden node does only have 4 places to look though, and it sounds like you've already checked two of them. Only other two places to look would be the dead end one node below where your screenshot is, or the node with 3 paths that's 2 nodes below the hidden node.
