Whoever made the belt likely used the reroll socket craft.. either intentionally or unintentionally. Someone on another post said gear with no sockets could be forced with bench craft. But I'm assuming stygian belts cannot do that since they are not regular sockets.

Tried every thing I could think of, Blessed orb, gilded fossil. Reached out to the original crafter and they stated that all of the crafts from the grave craft had the same issue.
