Wealth allflame consumed but no drops

So i was running a tier 17 map citadel i put in a Allflame Ember of Manifested Wealth and ran the map like normal and realized that not a single thing spawned from the allflame. just incase i checked every tab and all my stuff and its just gone with no loot what so ever

Same thing just happened to me. Wasted 9 d on the allflames and scarabs and both times I tried it the rolling heads didn't have the "drops currency" modifier.

Turns out someone updated my loot filter I was using to not see single chaos orbs.
