Nameless Seer & T0 ?

Hi there,

I just saw a video from a well known poe youtuber. He says Nameless Seer cannot offer T0 items now.

Is he refering to the lantern modifier, scarab modifier or both?.

I was reading some Patch notes and was not able to find anything but loot nerf up to lvl 81 areas.

He's just wrong.
Seer will not offer as good items in lower tier maps.
He'll still hook you up with the good stuff in higher tier maps
