Client Becomes Unresponsive In Town

When in a town or the rogue harbor the game client becomes unresponsive and must be closed and restarted. This issue seems to occur at random but always occurs after some time if I hang out long enough. This leads me to believe it might be an MTX issue. Perhaps when a player with a specific MTX enters the zone it crashes the client. This is super frustrating when doing Heists because it is a high-traffic hub so it happens fairly regularly.
