[3.24] Tornado of Elemental Turbulence Build | Occultist | Necropolis | Path of Exile 3.24

Hey guys, here is tornado of elemental turbulence occultist build. Tornado of Elemental Turbulence is a spell skill that creates multiple elemental tornadoes that repeatedly damage enemies around it. It will chase down enemies for a duration.



Build Cost
- High Budget


Combat Focus: Combat Focus jewels prevent specific element Tornadoes from being chosen.
- Using Cobalt and Viridian versions to only chose cold.

Charges: Thanks to Ralakesh's Impatience we always count as having maximum power/frenzy/endurance charges. So we don't have to worry about generating frenzy charges.

Militant Faith: Dominus to get Inner Conviction keystone.
Try to get one with these mods:
- 4% increased Elemental Damage per 10 Devotion
- 4% increased Area Damage per 10 Devotion
- +2% to all Elemental Resistances per 10 Devotion

Enduring Cry - Call to Arms / Steelskin - Automation

Arcanist Brand - Assassin's Mark - Frostbite

Shield Charge / Frostblink - Bonechill

Cool build, makes me wanna try it out. Small question, doesn't the eater implicit on your gloves (life leech) negates the effect of Utula's?

No dude u can take it. U dont have Life on Items or leech on items but over the Eldritch craft it didnt count for Utulas.

any changes for 3.25 ?
