Controller sometimes spamming the a button and pick up 2-3 items with 1 click

Hi,

i have the problem that sometimes if i press the a button on xbox one controller, i pick up 2-3 items. Normally i press 1 time and pick 1 item. Yesterday i played the whole day without any problems then at the evening until night i had the problem again. My Controller isnt the problem. Today i have the problem again since start.

Controller has been updated, battery load.

Does somebody know why this happen at some time?
