Unable to load my filter at all

My filter was working up until yesterday then randomly stopped as I attempted to load a stricter filter, now all of my old filters do not load and I am unable to load one.

Ive attempted to change the encoding file from utf-8 to ansi and back again and I have deleted all my filters on my profile and edited them to trouble shoot unsure what the next move is, attempting to do juiced maps t16-17 with no filter is actually unplayable to my surprise.

Any ideas??
