FPS DROP

Hey guys ,
I have massive FPS drops , i never had problems with the game before , obviously the more juice you have on map the fewer the FPS , but now i just started playing and in regular maps with no juice , sometimes i drop to 12-15 FPS .

PC specs :

GTX 1080
I9-9900k
32GB ram
Windows 10
The game is installed on M.2 SSD from Samsung

In game i have windowed fullscreen , the resolution is on 1080p . Almost everything is set on LOW , tripple buffering is ENABLED , DIRECTX 11 , DInamic culling and resolution is disabled . The game options is like i always had them.


Im playing with Lightning Strike skill ( its NOT the first league i play with this skill )
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I play Lightning Conduit of the Heavens and having the same issue (but I'm not sure if this skill plays any part in this issue). FPS is not only bad, the screen also freezes constantly and kills me. Forced to quit the game, not playable at all for me.
Tried every setting possible, nothing helps.
