Eldritch altar "final map boss drop X Amount of X Scarab does not work on shrine bosses

The eldritch altar final map boss drop "example" 4 Reliquary scarabs on kill does not work on the bosses spawned by the domination scarab of terrors which should be modified by final map boss, everything else seems to work on them except for these modifiers.
