RTX 3080 and cant get decent FPS?

I used to play POE with awesome FPS on my GTX 1660ti laptop since 2018....and suddenly in the past 2 leagues and now 3.24...I cant even run the game anymore on that laptop, so I decided to get a prebuild desktop with 3080 on it...but sadly the game fps drops like crazy in maps...
So the dev team gave up on POE1 technical issues and just focus on PoE2? Just curious how people can have good fps ...rtx 4080 4090?! It just simply crazy 🥴 Last bumped on Apr 12, 2024, 6:16:55 AM

4090 experience. Some of people here thinks if you have 2x performing card you will get like 10x performance in PoE. "End of March makes 3 months and 21 days which is almost 4 months and not 3 1/2, get your math right hoho."

Yep, i have CPU spikes and fps drops even in hideout. Im skiping 3rd league in a row. 3.21.2 patch broke the game. I guess they to busy with poe2.
