Detonate mines replace the mines itself

Hey every time i change the location (going to a map for instance or teleporting out) my mines that are on right click get changed into detonate mines.

This causes me to have to change it back every time i swap locations.
Really annoying, anyone knows what is happening here?
Is it something with the new button that has been added maybe?
