Physical rewards not dispatched after 4 months

In December, I excitedly purchased the Karui Elemancer Supporter Pack. First time ever spending this much on a game but I was excited to support GGG and to have merch to wear.

Big mistake.

4 months later, there is no information. Last time I emailed support, I was told they were aiming to dispatch items "at the end of February". There is no communication regarding any difficulties they might be facing. There is no acknowledgement that this isn't normal practice.

Worst of all, if only I'd read the forums, I would have known this is how GGG operates.

It blows my mind that a business can have these kind of issues and do nothing to fix them. Then again, I suppose there are always more fools like myself who will jump into a purchase without thinking.
