Please help, cant play anymore from nowhere (GPU problems)

Hello, I been playing path of exile for about two years without much problems, but from Friday something happened...

When I login to game, after some seconds (without me doing anything at all) my GPU get up to 200MS and FPS drops to 5. I'm on Nvidia geforce GTX 1650, 16GB Memory... CPU is at normal rates something around 7-10. What can I do to be able play again ?

When I login for some seconds up to 1 min I have ~100 FPS and ~10 MS, but it's only for seconds...

Changing settings doesn't do anything at all tried them all.
