Vulkan error (ErrorDeviceLost)

vk::Queue:submit: ErrorDeviceLost

I get this error every 20mins and it's very frustrating, seems to only happen in hideout/loading/town, very stable+smooth in maps(endgame ghosted t17) and I've tried clearing cache, I've tried old and new graphics drivers...

Any suggestions to fix this error beyond reverting back to dx11/12?
