Final boss drops x extra scarabs doesn't work with pandemonium extra bosses

Horned scarab of pandemonium adds extra bosses that count as final bosses for eldritch altars, except for scarab rewards. Regular rewards drop, scarabs rewards never drop.
In the picture, the chisels, bindings, regrets and embers drop but the essence scarabs and relicuary scarabs don't.



Scarab rewards do still work for the actual map boss.
