Sanctum - Lycia stuck on trap phase and I cannot return to her

Ran my sanctum to Lycia. Lycia gets stuck during trap phase, but traps and red smoke continue. Lycia is now somewhere left behind and does not allow me to complete sanctum.

Same happened to me twice on my bladestorm slayer. She seems to be stuck at the turn before the fire traps, unable to find her way to the bossroom.
