Necropolis blurred graphics on PS5?

Hello, anybody have same issue? On standard no problem when i fight big density monsters, but on Necropolis league graphics is so bad and blurred.. i play on PS5..

Looks like affliction challenge set cause that problem, Night Lotus.

I have this sometimes, but to my knowledge its always a connection problem
