Indigon + "Life Recovery from Flasks"

TLDR: Modifiers to "Life Recovery from Flasks" do no affect the rate at which you recover life with Indigon and using a non-instant Mana Flask.

I was messing around with Indigon and Petrified Blood, and to my surprise the line "Non-instant Mana Recovery from Flasks is also Recovered as Life" actually recovers life past "Low Life".

Now Petrified Blood says "Life Recovery other than Flasks cannot Recover Life to above Low Life" (which does not specify Life Flask), hence the recovery provided by Indigon actually comes from the Mana Flask itself.

Obviously, stats such as "increased Mana Recovery from Flasks" or "increased Flask Recovery rate" increase the Mana Flask's mana per second, thus increasing the life per second (Indigon's effect), therefore I was expecting "increased Life Recovery from Flasks" (which, similar to Petrified Blood's line, does not specify Life Flask) to also increase the life per second, but that is just not the case.
