"The Maven" quest

The Maven quest states that you need to "complete tier 14+ maps to find the maven's invitation" when it is available at kirac, as is all invitations

I have the same exact problem.. Kirac don't seem to offer me any Maven fight options.
14/10 done 4/4 twisted+formed. any idea? |

Yes i have, i run all maps again until 16 and uniques... My friend play this game over jears and he dont know what to do
