Purifier frozen at begining/end of animation waiting for elder to grab him

Phase 2, he starts an attack & I burst him down to phase HP, it freezes.

Elder doesn't spawn in to grab him no matter how many times I burst him down and maven heals him.

Relogging and reentering the area doesnt fix it either.

Was doing purifier , maven witnessed, deli.

Map mods:
-area has patches of shocked ground
- players cursed with enfeeble
- players have -14% all res
- +48% phys dmg reduction
- Area influenced by elder
- Area occupied by the purifier
- Monsters gain 54% of max life as extra max energy shield
- 123% quant
- 62% rarity
- 30% inc pack size

Maven tree specced on atlas so was expect 3 more bosses in next round.

Playing a CoC build with firestorm of pelting , 10% quality on firestorm.

No clue if its replicate-able or not, so it could be a tricky one.

Found the same issue on my map as well. Deli + Maven Purifier, Frozen between 1st and 2nd phase. Relog didn't help.
