The Dancing Dervish rampage bug

Hey GGG Team

i dont know if its normal or a bug.
I use the One with nothing Hollow Palm Cyclone Build.
After i hitting some Monsters, the Rampage count starts and the Skill from this Waepon start working and all works fine.
But if the Rampage and the Minions are gone, but i still Spinnin with Cyclone and attack some Monsters again, i dont get Rampage and the Minions wont appear and breaks the Build.
In that Case i need to stop Spinning and Start again.
