[3.24] Ravenous Passion Ice nova of Frostbolts

I saw that no one was really using this helm and wanted to point out the substantial strength of Ravenous Passion + ice nova as a build.

Some quick math

This unique along with the sustained cast speed of this build allows you to have permanent uptime on Berserk, adding the following at max rage
+50% spell damage
+25% cast speed
-20% ALL damage taken
+15% movement speed

When we combine this with defensive layers popular with this build such as MoM and Arcane cloak we end up with 300k+ EHP and 7 mil dps is my current gear (early week 2 gear).

I knew that crit would be an issue so Pleadge of hands provides us cheap access to crit nodes via the staff ones, we can also stack shock effect as most of our damage is shock, giving us another access to cheap dps.

I'm playing a variant of this, the scion area is just not worth the investment, mana mastery for 10% reduced cost and the easily accessible nodes is enough reduced cost if you're quick on using the mana flask as needed and running a pair of cluster jewels with scintilating idea is significantly more damage. The version I'm runing is also using a doryani's vanity for corrupted soul for significantly more tankiness.
