Earthshatter of Fragility does not get his duration reduced

Simple bug : Lesser duration with any reduced duration of skill does not reduce the base duration.

Only %less duration modifier works.

Update: All modifiers that increase or reduced the duration of the skill, increase the duration times 2. I got like 50% reduced duration, my skill goes from 1.5s to 3s, the same behavior for increased duration.

Only less duration modifier actually reduce the duration.
