Black Hole MTX crashes my game

After the last patch i started to get crashes with frostbolt MTX. Threre's an error saying couldnt find frostbolt MTX file

I'm experiencing the same error, it started once I specked into "Torment + Rogue exiles" atlas tree. I suspect some exile is using the mtx?
