Can't access new necropolis area, says I need to complete the quest "safe and sound" to access.

Which new Necropolis area are you trying to access? Your screebshot shows that you have already completed Safe and Sound, which has nothing to do with Necropolis.
You appear to be hovering your pointer over your Hideout icon on the map - the Necropolis one is the blue/grey one just over halfway up the side of the world map.

wow, I feel a little stupid, i thought the top icon was the necropolis, it works properly, dont know how to delete a thread lmao.
