Game disconnect then character rollback

During map (reef) doing content (expedition) character disconnected - error message on login screen lost connection
Upon entering back into the game, portals disappeared, map gone and all experience and drops from map disappeared, character rollback.
Also heard of this instance happening with other players too.
This should not be happening in 2024!

Same here on PS5 today. Lost a raw Divine drop in SSF because of it. Sadge times ...
