Heist Cat Animation Bug

Hello, the heist cat (heist league challenge reward) only does 1 animation now, instead of 2 (the missing animation is the one where he stands on 2 legs). I tried switching characters, pet slots and even restarting the game but nothing works. I'd love to know what I could do to fix this. Thanks!

It also only meows upon initial spawn (unlike the lightbringer cat, which meows constantly), though i havent used it in so long that i cant recall its original behavior during heist league.
