No opt out... terrible forced affixes on mobs like reflect.. or reflect ailments.. block.. corrupted blood... ect.
No reward structure that is worth even doing with this league mechanic. Graveyard crafting that is more fighting the system .. then actually enjoying what could be a good SSF based system. Just let people turn off the bloody garbage lantern.. or just have keep it but remove all the negative modifiers and let devoted show every so often. I don't know... something more fun. I am done with the league already ... been boring/annoying most of the way to maps... this is first for me. I even wanted to do the new end game stuff as well.. what a drag. Seems like GGG now introduced their famnous logic "you need bad to enjoy the good" to leagues as well. NEcropolis is manadtory bad league so we can enjoy next, good league.

i dunno, i feel like people are seeing what they want to see. all the 'the poe2 vision' stuff...
 thats a screenshot from a T8 map with 1 self found scarab used on it from 3 weeks ago with a really strict loot filter. it was the most absurd shit they have ever put in the game. necropolis is just a bad league. the same people who made this league made the affliction. its got nothing to do with poe2, its got nothing to do with individuals being good or bad devs or forcing this or that vision etc. it just missed the target. affliction also missed the target in a different way imo, that above screenshot is an abomination that should not have been a thing and barely even scratches the surface of that league. what ppl in t16 maps with 4 scarabs and 4 sextants were dropping every map was so bad their filters needed to remove almost all of the loot we see in that screenshot, which in itself removed essentially all white, magic and rare gear along with 95% of uniques. 1 was seeing probably 1 in every 50 items that dropped, and they were seeing about 1 in every 50 items that i was seeing. sometimes a league is not enough, sometimes its too much. the entire game is the vision, everything they have ever done in poe is their vision of an arpg made real. i just dont think its accurate to pick the 5% of things we dont like in the game and then bash devs personally, be it chris, mark or whoever and say 'oh this is their vision and their vision is bad' while ignoring the other 95% of things that person has been part of developing in the game. people dont pull out the best idea they have ever had every day of every week for 11 years straight and execute it perfectly. sure, go play diablo 3 or diablo 4 with their amazing leagues that knock it out of the park every time. ive played both those games, ive played every season in both those games since launch.

this league is pretty terrible, problem is theres still no competition, last epoch still didnt have any leagues yet, and d4 is a trainwreck
