Lost in Love (Ruthless) No longer gives Bane or Convocation as rewards?

Is this a bug or a new feature?
I haven't seen any mention of it in patch notes. Last bumped on Sep 21, 2024, 9:41:00 AM

Ruthless does not follow Standard rule.

Ruthless mode does not give any gems as quest rewards. You also cannot buy gems from the vendors. This has been the case since Ruthless mode was first added to the game.
