Failed to decompress (corrupted data)

My game crashes after approximately 30 minutes. The crashes usually happen when I use a waypoint.

These are the logs I was getting:

After I crash I'm not able to log in again. I launch the game get to the login screen select a character and then the game closes. I have to restart my computer to get back in the game.


I tried to change the rendering engine but it didn't help.
I ran the Steam "Verify integrity of game files" but it didn't find anything.
I fully reinstalled the game. The same problem is present.
I have installed all the latest drivers on my PC.
I have reinstalled my GPU driver (fully)

My specs:
Processor - 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700KF
Video Card - AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT
RAM - 32 GB
Operating System - Windows 10

I'm also getting this error.
Occurs when loading in from the character select menu, or switching between zones.

The fix is to change the power settings into Power Saver but that's not an ideal fix.
