New maven back attachment on mannequin

the new meaven back attachment when you put it on a mannequin i got this error :

Metadata/Items/Armours/Capes/MavenChargeBackAttachment/MavenChargeBackAttachmentEndurance/MavenChargeBackAttachmentEnduranceHeld.ao cannot be attached to
Metadata/Terrain/Doodads/Hideouts/MtxMannequin/Pose01/Dex.ao at invalid bone wings_attachment__ignore_x_y

and you cant go back to your hideout it keep crashing for now i put it on another mannequin on a another old hideout.
