All portals cannot be clicked in map

All portals can't be clicked in my map, had to quit to character screen to exit
The portal the spawned when initially loading the map was unaffected
Anything I spawn with a portal scroll can't be clicked
I have been awake for a long time, maybe I'm just cooked and there's an option I've accidentally enabled (pressing z multiple times did nothing to enable/disable Always Highlight) - but this is kind of a scary thing to happen in HC otherwise
At one point I had attempted to open Jun portals to a safehouse and been told they couldn't spawn due to being blocked by terrain - so maybe there's some interaction there

I had the same bug today (September 23rd 2024) also with the message about Jun not being able to open portals to the safehouse because not enough space.
Map was Arcade.
