Can't pick up items when near grave site

So trying out the new league here and some what new to the game but I crafted a item but won't let me pick it up cause keeps clicking on grave or keeper guy. So I am on console would this be why I can't click on it. I kept moving to see if I could but it won't highlight the items. So I had dropped a item to see it maybe work but it didn't and I can't even pick it up either
