Portal became uninteractable

I died during a ritual encounter and went back into the map, upon trying to leave the map I used a portal scroll and my portal appeared, but I could not click on it in order to leave the map. I logged out and back in to leave the map and went back in the map to check but that didn't fix it.

In the map, the portal is broken. Uninteractable, and doesn't appear on the minimap.



Portal can be interacted from the hideout, but it's a one way trip.

6 months and still not fixed... this is as far as I'm going to look for a post like this since a post from January of 2024 is archived. Just for the past month I can see at least 15 posts like this(I wish in the time bug report search option would be for the past league). Possibly the reason no one at GGG knows about this because instead of one massive thread that would get attention there are hundreds of threads like this with 0 comments.

This bug isn't listed in known issues but I do know this, that I don't even remember what was that bug that was sitting there for years and they just gave up and removed it from the list... so who knows maybe GGG knows about this.

From all the post I was reading this seems to be related to Jun master missions and unsuccessfully trying to open nested syndicate hideout. Though I'm not sure about this since like yesterday I opened the portal both un/successfully and left the map in both cases. And I know for a fact this didn't use to be and issue at least a year or 3 back.

Basically the portal is there from graphics side but isn't even visible on the mini map and isn't interactable at all. The only way to left the map is to have someone to swirl to or relog(I really don't understand why I can't just /hideout in a map when swirl works just fine or at least why /hideout doesn't work while in proximity of the portal).

I do not know how often this happens as Ive been doing syndicate for the past week and nothing happened but today it happened 2 maps in a row.

I will post more findings if I find some.
