Cremating corpses (PC went crazy)

Been playing fine for a few hours, went to the graveyard thingy to craft some stuff, after that i started to cremate bodies i didn't want to save and after clicking like 2-3 of them my pc suddenly goes crazy and everything starts to stutter (1fps), including everything going on outside the game (youtube etc), basically sounded like the pc was about to blow up, and it didn't stop so had to alt + f4.

anyone else had issues with this? My pc is roughly 4000$+ and never had issues like these before, in any game.
