Visual problem after new patch

Hi, after new patch, the following problem is constantly occurring when playing. Happens more often during boss battles.
AMD 5800x, Geforce RTX 3070ti, 32gb DDR4,
Dx12 / vulkan. Triple-buffering - enabled. Vsync - enabled. Multithreading - enabled. changing each of these points does not solve the problem. Reinstalling poe on other SSD do nothing. Deleting documents and roaming files do nothing.
