Remembering Map device/location

I dont know if this is still an issue or not, but based off of memory, in new leagues our map device is "removed" from our hideout until we kill kitava.

usually this messes up hideouts that utilize mtx map devices.

hope its fixed so we dont need to reload hideout from file every league
