Wireless headset bug

Whenever I use my wireless headphones on my series x I cannot move or interact with anything including menus. If they are “connected” to another acct on my Xbox I can still hear game sounds and am able to interact again. I only lose function when the headset is attached to my acct when playing.

You have to update the firmware on your headset. I have stealth 600 turtle beach with same problem but is fixed now after I updated the plug in device and headset
