Buff Cyclone and Lacerate proposal

This skills have no damage on every stage compared with modern builds for the same price.

What do I offer ?

1) buff basic %Damage on skill
We need more space for build some interesting. Space it's damage.
Now we need to grow our damage and no nothing else. Because if we don't grow damage and try to pick +defence layer then default like fortify, armor, res, and channeling, we don't have enough damage to play. Lack of damage results in more deaths then we grow only damage. We can do that on really late stage of game, but it's too sad.

We don't have space to get spell suppress or another else.

Our builds loose for every modern build in survivability and damage at the same time!

My take is "Every melee build must damage significantly more then range and magic builds because window to deal damage is lower and risk is more then for magic or range build"

2) Get +survivability feature to this skills.
For Cyclone we can add infusing channeling to basic skill or something like default fortify effect while channeling.
