Quick and easy bandaid fix for melee totem buffs

Transfigured Ancestral Protector/Chieftain:
- Does not attack
- Cannot be targeted
- Does not take damage
- Increased duration, long (~8s) cooldown

Just plop it down at the start of the fight, get the buff and nothing else.

If acquiring a transfigured version is not enough of a cost, you could reduce the buff effect a little, but everyone will hate you. :P

Make it instant and auto-cast with one of the new supports and I could get behind that.

Make it more interesting to account for the fact that the easy buff is what builds not focused on totems really want.

Ancestral Warchief of Reprobation
Anger the ancestors by extracting their power without granting them the honour of battle.

Longer duration
Totem cannot be killed
Totem attacks you

I have the feeling call to arms will be turned into a fix for melee totems keystone.
