Ps5, unable to interact with lootables and delve breaking.

I am playing on the playstation, since about 3 pm nzst, I was kicked from playing in a group since then I have been unable to open chests, interact with npcs, open any kind of chest. In the delve, when I mine I can follow the cart to location I choose but I can not start the interact so I cannot collect the azurite or any loot chests. This is issue is happening both in the delves and in the maps, I havent tried other locations because the game is taking my resources for this and I am running out after so many fails. I have been kicked of group a lot the last few days when I travel to a town or die. I dont see no error messages coming in. I am on a playstation 5. I dont know how to attach a video or a photo.
