Weapon Swap + Casting = Joystick Stops Working

What is occurring is that I'm casting my main skill. Weapon swapping for Rampage from a Sinvicta's. Then back to my main set. I do it as fast as possible as taking off my shield with a pack around me is not ideal. But at times my character will completely stop moving upon switching back which is worse. For the longest time I had no idea why.

It seems what happens is that if I happen to swap before the cast has completed my joystick ceases to function. It's very repeatable but does take some quick finger tapping or possibly a slower skill as I have cast speed stacked to the moon.

I'll be playing around the issue now that I know what is occurring. Just wanted to mention it for your team to be aware of and any other players that might have had the problem but not isolated the cause.
