Trade bug

Happened to a friend, not me a few minutes ago. He had a Divine Orb for sale and someone offered 160c for it. (Market, not player trade) after doing the LS A+Y it would flash and not accept. He rejected it, and the offer tab no longer is there. Only search and sent. When returning to his stash the divine orbs gone. Not misplaced, even checked other tabs to verify - his one and only divine orbs gone, and has no chaos to show for it.

Last week for me I had an item get duplicated via the trade market. Someone offered me 6divine for an Omen. One I thought was useless (heals you if you fall low or something) so I jumped on it, and accepted. Again in the market. This was not a player trade. When I accepted it I received the Omen. It was weird, but I put it back in my stash to find it was still there, now I have 2. However 6 of MY divine were taken, leaving me with 5 left. I did not buy this item.

Both of these bugs are new to me. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
