*Awakened Atlas was 130/132 then 132/132 then return to 130/132 and 34/40

Now is 130/132 and 34/40 and he gave me Body Armour (Tier 4 + Tier 5) ->> then locked

Do you have all atlas 132 passives allocated?
Try unallocating a few then re-allocating.
