I love trading now

I just started playing POE this league and I was afraid I couldn't get much into mapping because I only find a few hours to play each week.

I was also afraid of trading after hearing that some people apparently don't even bother with trades under hundreds of chaos. However, my impression of the community was always positive. When I asked something that wasn't clear to me, global chat would immediately help.

That said, after destroying Kitava and collecting all passive skill points, I took all my wealth out of my stash: 10 chaos orbs that I collected during the campaign to buy a unique flask.

After messaging 2-3 players (bots?) that didn't respond, I saw a fresh listing, so I sent another message. Everything went smooth and after the trade I just wanted to let him know that this was my first trade ever, so he opened the trade window again and just threw in a divine orb. I didn't even know if I can just accept this and after that he gifted me some maps and gear so that I can finally, properly start mapping.

This made my day so I just wanted to share it. After being sad that I wouldn't find enough time to really get into the endgame, I have everything to start blasting now.

i will always throw a bone or two at someone that can really use it. i mean i vendor all six links and got tons of bubblegum currency... 2 tabs of frac items with reists/life and so on.

I don't love trading. The inflation in this economy is absolutely bonkers. I think it's a way to nudge people toward Path of Exile 2.
