affliction challenge rewards performance issue

no settings seem to affect this behaviour either, only turning multithreading off making it around a 10% change rather than a 30% (with a lot more variance)

(i only tested this after 3.21.1 hotfix 2, but i had noticed lower framerates before that patch aswell. i also feel like this was not an issue about a week ago, but i cant test that)
