FPS Drops/Unstable MS on TX/CA

Still having issues with both of these servers. It doesnt matter if i reset my connection 5x a day they are slow, with pings up above 200ms sometimes.

EU is unplayable for alot of people, and NA is starting to become just as bad.

Also playing on a very high level computer.
